Star Watching…

 A bunch of Hollywood starlets have invaded my television screen once again. It must be time for the Oscars again! (and, no, not the little scruffy green guy from Sesame Street, though he’s cool, too, in his own way, right kids/kids-at-heart?! *S*). It’s time to get out the popcorn and star-teasing, uh, I mean watching the stars gab about their outfits on the red carpet. As Yoda [from Star Wars] might say, “excited, we are”.  As usual, some designers help their actor models well, and others, not so much. What are you seeing out there? Or, do you boycott the whole thing with other activities? Do tell below in my comment section. 😉
On the books front, I’m currently waiting for a new book to arrive, namely The Undomestic Goddess, of which I’m looking forward to reading. Currently, I’ve taken on another book – The Prince of Tides. Some may remember a movie of the same name (starring Nick Nolte and Barbra Streisand) a few years ago. This book is the original story, and it’s been quite good, though I see myself already picking out the differences between movie and book. I’m having a quite intriguing time with it, in any regard.
